We receive your letter of complaint dated September 12, 2018 regarding the poor quality of one of our products which turned out to have a print error on the front of the album cover. we would like to extend the apologies that BTS Album Love Yourself: Her did not reach you in the condition we would have expected. 

In your case, we have investigated into what went wrong to ensure that the same thing does not happen again. We have decided to accept fault of what happened and to compenstate you replacement of the 13 incorrectly printed BTS albums
